City Union Bank Ltd (CUB) is one of the leading scheduled commercial banks in the private sector with major presence in urban, semi-urban and rural centers in South India. The bank has its headquarters at Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. The Bank operates in four segments namely Treasury, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Other banking operations. CUB has 700 branches across the country with over 5,500 employees. The bank has implemented Ramco ERP for its HR operations.

Business Needs

To implement an eLearning solution for City Union Bank. The bank has purchased Oracle Fusion HCM’s Learning Cloud (OLC) application. This is intended to manage learning at the Learning Centres for different learning streams including Induction, Probation, and others.

This being a vanilla implementation, Kāladi has successfully implemented the solution in a phased manner. The business metrics and associated targets were set based on critical business needs and became the guiding principles for all decisions made during implementation planning. The changes we made will help users with improved information management, better and more efficient communications, and enhanced support.

We have successfully gone live with OLC for minimal number of users on Dec 2020 and they have started using the application.

Oracle Learning Cloud will ease their learning by offering wide range of functions, from catalog and online class management to learner enrollments and learning paths.
