Our upgrade framework

In our experience, the most commonly faced challenge in upgrades is losing custom-developed functionalities, as objects become unusable due to modification or deletion. Custom objects may become redundant as the required functionality is implemented in a new way. Additional customizing and settings may be required for the same business processes to work post-upgrade. Authorizations need to be rationalized to get the maximum benefits out of the new release.

Requirement analysis, conceptualization, solution design, development, delivery, implementation and warranty support for enterprise and add-on solutions.

Application Services Delivery

Responsible for rolling-out operational and management of IT applications developed by the Application Solution Delivery team.

Infrastructure Service Delivery

Responsible for organization IT infrastructure, upkeep of servers, networks, database and desktops. This team liaisons with data centre operators/vendors as well as provides support from offshore.

Offshore Support Centre

Based in Chennai, our Offshore Support Centre has a dedicated development and support centre. They follow a ticketing system and provide support to customers spread across the globe.
